I got my new (to me) Skars today

These look pretty beefy.

I know there are many brands better than these but for the price I think these should really be looked at.

Here it is compared to a JL Audio 10w3v3 (the only other sub I have laying around)

The motor looks really good IMO

Right now I have Pro-Rabbit building me a box that hopefully I will be able to wedge into my trunk somehow.

I have 2 of these Skar's and am going to run each off a JL Audio 500/1

I think it will hit pretty hard.

I've been interested in trying these subs. They look pretty nice for the price. I am curious how they perform compared to the sa's

I do not know about the SA's but I used to have 2 - JL 12w6's ran off those same amps so I can compare to them.

It has been a while since I had those W6's -- **** I really miss them after seeing that pic.

I do not have the kinda money that I used to so those Skar's are gonna have to do.
