Do you have full coverage for your insurance?

I hate how much the cops are worried about "hate crimes" and not so much about all the thefts that are occurring recently. When my friends Evo 8 got stolen, the cops basically told them tough luck.. They did find what they thought to be parts of the car, but the insurance took care of everything thank god. Just was a long and painful waiting period.
