i feel like something doesnt add up

so i put in my sub again. currently running 2 aq1200ds, and a us acoustics usx 600f.

gain on master is about 55% and gain on usx is about 40%

no Bassboost.

sub is aq hdc3a15.

on full tilt my max drop was 14v for 30 seconds, after 2-3 mins, 13.6

all i have for electrical is big 3, stock 100 amp alt, 55ah bat up front,

stinger spv 69 in back.

am i getting extremely high imp rise?

i thought my drop would be substancially higher for about 3k..

well I and no one else on here knows how many amps you are drawing as you have % of gain w.e the fuck that means to a normal person..

thats not how you set an amp up.. GET IT

and no one can tell how many amps not even you by setting it that way

No. You'll need a nice clamp meter. Flukes are the only ones I'd trust. For instance my craftsman reads like 20 amps higher than my fluke. Anyways, you put the clamp on your positive speaker lead. Then you put the volt meter on AC and measure both + and - speaker leads. Use a digital camera to see what both meters read at the same time. Doing peak and hold on both is assuming they both peaked at the same time. Voltage x Current = actual wattage. Voltage / current = actual impedence.

there is a difference between post dumping and telling you that you are doing it wrong and you getting sensitive.. no one can know with out you actually metering and setting your amps up properly how many amps you are drawing which would result in your voltage only dropping slightly.. your % of knob turn is the most inaccurate way to calculate output..

Ik a gain isnt an output generator, but having a gain all the way down vs mid way has a large change in output.

Now that ecrack pointed me in the right.direction I can get some numbers, and narrow it down.

how is output from the sub? You sure amps are strapped properly?

Unless your box is complete garbage you should be getting some decent voltage drops. A single 1200 @ 1ohm would tax your electrical...

Very loud.lol.. outputs good. Grounds are solid. I adjust the lpf, it was way off. And got my drop to 12.6 at full tilt now.

once I get a clamp ill get some more info.

I have the postives from mastrr to postive on sub.

Negatives on master to positive on slaves. Negativrs on slave to negativr on sub

And rcas to master. Then mini rca from master to slave. Switches correct. Box was designed by the box house..

Just put you dmm where your wires connect to your box while playing the system. I've never done it but I don't see why you couldn't find your ohm load while playing music by doing that. Also what gauge wire would matter also imo...smaller wire and you can't draw the full power you need.
