I installed my new Zed Audio Gladius today to power my boston comps. The problem is sound only comes from the tweeters when the internal amp of the hu is off. There is no sound from the woofers. However when I turn the internal amp "ON" the woofes begin to play. But the tweeters are still running off the amp.
I know I sent speaker wire from the correct end of the crossover to the amp. However the other two wires coming from the crossover must not be directly connected to my tweets and woofers. The fronts were installed by a shop and my factory amp was bypassed. The wiring of the woofer and the tweets is all messed up and I dont know which wire goes where. There are multiple splices into each channel at the back of the hu.
Does anybody know what could cause this? I plan on bringing it to the shop tomorrow and give them a piec of my mind.
