either a bank was being robbed somewhere or he was just lazy and didnt feel like doing all the paper work....dont know about your states laws but some states will actually impound the car and take you to jail if ur a minor caught going that fast.....his shift was probably almost over and just wanted to scare you lol

when i first turned 16 i was doing 65 in a 45 (completely on accident, didnt realize how fast i was going) and the cop just gave me a lecture and let me go....

But your parents are loaded to be able to afford the car you drive, as I recall in another thread.

So IF you did get a ticket, then you could pay it and get a slap on the wrist.

i gotta assume if he was getting mailed a ticket that the cop would of made him sign something still or would of told him. i know in ohio you only get mailed tickets if you are caught by one of the cameras they have now.

Ive had a similar experience, actually I was going considerably faster than 33 over. Like 65-70 over (in a 55 //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/biggrin.gif.d71a5d36fcbab170f2364c9f2e3946cb.gif ) and no I dont know why, it was 7 yrs ago.

I was shocked that I didnt end up in jail, yet alone with just a warning. I dont think I had that much of an emotional reaction to it though. Just remember that even though you didn't get a ticket, it's still listed in their computer that you were going 73 in a 40, and were let go. If it does happen again, I can almost guarentee you won't get off.
