That's impossible. IMHO there's no such thing as race...However, since its advent, there's no way around ignoring it. Sure there are people that cry "racism" all the time... Doesn't mean that it doesn't exist. Maybe we should define racism. Racism is prejudice in action. Black people are prejudiced as most people are with limited interaction with others. That's why you get people that think their one Eskimo friend represents all Eskimos. There aren't enough "minorities" in powerful positions to contribute to systematic racism. Yes there are enough to be racist here and there... but they usually get in those positions by straddling the fence of standing up for their community problems and the whole boot-strap pullup theory. Remember, first their was outright slavery, including a bunch of scientists that were adamant about finding reasons for superiority among certain races. (That sh*t has not stopped... i.e. One of the discoverers of the Diribonucleic Acid strand Watson-Cricke pair claiming that blacks are inherently inferior) There are plenty of people in powerful positions that have ingrained ideologies about their groups superiority... and its not just in the science community. Since the majority of these jobs are taken up by people that have succumb to the minstrel show portrayal of blacks and other communities around the world.. they guide their laws, theories and interactions around it. 400 years of ideology cannot be erased by a simple speech and change of a couple laws... It just becomes more covert. If you don't believe me, go watch a youtube video about a black person and wait for the racist comments to start.come on man. that was in the 60's. so many black people cry racism for every little thing, which is counter productive in the overall abolishment of racism. there are just as many black people who hate whites as there is whites that hate blacks. what's being done about reverse racism? nothing. racism in 2007 should be a 2 way street. a realistic person can clearly see that. our government is so politically correct today that it is counter productive. black people, imho, need to realize that race is just one more way our government divides us as americans.
you're an idiotAround an hour ago i was pulled over and was doing 73 in a 40 on a busy street. The cop said, why it take you so long to stop? i said i was trying to be safe. "are you in a hurry?" i said no. he said where you guys heading? i said my house. he asked for my license and papers, i didn't have my wallet on me so he took down all my info and headed back to his car.
I am so nervous i knew that going that much over the limit for a minor like me would be hell. my friend didnt make the situation any better, by saying they will take your license away and a big ticket. So for 10 minutes we sit and wait. He comes back and says why were you going that fast? i said i am having a bad day. he said why? I said i don't know why, just have that inner feeling. he started asking more questions, like where we coming from, etc. then hes like, alright take it easy, drive slow. and i am shocked, like almost crying in joy shocked, my friends speechless and we pull out.
he was talking to someone for a while on his phone or radio we could hear him. does anyone know of any consequences that i actually got but am not aware of yet?
just thought i should share

I was shocked that I didnt end up in jail, yet alone with just a warning. I dont think I had that much of an emotional reaction to it though. Everyone in the car had the //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/wow.gif.23d729408e9177caa2a0ed6a2ba6588e.gif look on their face though. Never doing that again.
