i did it again

well whatever. i guess i don't know how to post a picture either. tonight i fried my bx1500d. it was my fault, i must've had a big short somewhere. anyways, my picture was of the black square 3 legged things that are on the outer walls of inside the amp. there are 12 of them. i know they have something to do with pn, npn. diodes maybe? anyways, i don't have the $ to send this thing off, and want to try and fix it myself. if anyone could help my dumbass get a picture posted, that would be great.

I found out they are pn diodes IRFZ44N. 12 OF THEM. does anyone know if these are usually all that goes during a short or surge?
