If you cut the fat intake significantly and eat a decent amount of protein you will get big and still look cut. The truth is though, those home sets aren't nearly as effective as going to the gym. And you have to really push yourself, don't stop until you literally can't go anymore. You will get that feeling after about a solid hour of lifting if you are doing it correctly. And have a spotter or trying to get big is pointless. Hell, you can't even do incline or decline very well without a spotter because the weight can become impossible to lift at any given moment, and it could fall on you. Work every part of your body, two groups per for 4-5 days a week.
