Yes basically + many theory & technique classes, and education focused. What type of education did you have to do for that?
Exercise physiology?
Kinesiology and biomechanics?

Now its time to go to work on a nutrition cert and get hired on at a nice gym!!!
Anyone work in the fitness industry here?
Kinesiology is hell lol. I had a lot of interest in it till I had to study it lol. Well, I still do find it all very interesting just something I wouldn't go to college for.Yes basically + many theory & technique classes, and education focused.
The hardest class i ever took was kinesiology, but my professor was to blame.
I've been told the first year is rough. But after you have enough clientele the money is good. After I pay my dues in a gym I plan on starting my own private studio so then the gym isn't taking 60% of the cut.congrats. i have really been considering doing this myself. im just worried there may not be enough money in it for me to maintain the way of life i would like but then again liking your job is more important than making hella money
