I am lost for words...UPS screwed up BIG TIME.

All the shipping companies ****. I've had FedEx lose one of my packages for 3 weeks. Turns out one of their employees put in the wrong zip code and sent it across the country.

But they did find it right?

I'm convinced UPS has a "black hole" department where they send packages to on a regular basis.

I worked with a guy at RPS Ground (Fedex Ground now) who used to work for UPS. He had a manager they busted who was putting his own labels on shipments (so if the box was covered in "YAMAHA" and he knew it was worth bank, he would put a label with a drop address over the real label and then it would go out for delivery. Since they load the trucks by hand based on zip codes, it went through. It took a while to catch the guy.

Never ship anything with a box, Sony is famous for doing it (they used to have a CRAZY employee buy deal, but the gear would show up with big SONY and red all over the boxes and it would get left on your front door).

Unless you signed for it, they don't have proof you have it. Let them figure it out.

i'm a fedex employee myself and we get our ***** chewed out if we don't scan every package, it does happen alot where there's bad zips on the labelsthough, thats why we have a QA dept. that checks everything out like if the adress doesn't even exist etc etc before stuff is out for delivery. but GL with getting your stuff though

I hate ups, HATE. It sucks that most prople only use ups. The reason the f-up so many times is because they only give their emploies 25hrs a week and none of them give a fck. I love fedex. They have the best tracking system. They cost a littel more, but I'd pay for it for a littel peace of mind. Sorry to hear that man.

Not a chance Ground is more expensive than UPS. They've always been cheaper.

Anyways, I've always liked FedEx better. They're cheaper for me, faster, and get packages there in one piece. Never had a problem with them or DHL. I just use UPS because it's closer to me and as long as you know how to pack, you'll be OK.

I've never had a package that said it's been delivered when it hasn't.

Never ship with ups. Go with Fed Ex. UPS screws up 90% of the time and cost more than Fed Ex.

UPS FTL. I worked there for a couple months loading trucks at night, as did a guy I knew growing up. I quit to find a better job and he ended up getting fired for stealing stuff out of peoples' mail while at work. Go figure.

I say ship DHL if at all possible. I love that company haha.

The only reason i hate UPS is because they dont have a place where they hold stuff if they are failed to be delivered like FedEx does .. These kinds of facilities are a must have for any shipping company.
