i have two aq hdc3 18 2ohm. i was looking at the audio pipe 3000.1 is says u can hook up two 1 ohm loads and it will give my two sub 1500 rms. thats what i need to know. i can not find specs on it.

are the subs dual 2 ohm? if so, yes you can wire them down to 1ohm each and hook up each sub to each channel so in a sense yes it will be 1500rms x 2 @ 1ohm (since technically it's two 1500s in one case)...or wire them down to 1ohm each then series to 2ohm and bridge it (which this amp is rated at 3k rms @ 2ohm) like so:

roughly yes....just make sure you have the electrical to back it up.

the one run of 0 gauge will for sure be fine, and the battery should be ok just make sure your amp isnt seeing below 12 volts at full tilt. should sound good bro. good luck!
