it could be that the amp does 85x4 at 2 ohms, so he wasnt exactly LYING to you, but he should have gotten you a better amp for your setup. I would try to return the amp first, and if thats not possible, sell it to some stupid kid sayin it cracked your windshield when you hooked it up to your rockfords.

why would i bridge a 4 channel amp that puts 104 watts into each of my spkr (comps and rear coaxes). Yeh, I know he wasn't trying to screw me over or lie and i feel it was taken care of well and i am a happy customer! oh and those xenons sound f'in awesome! can't wait to get my subs back in my trunk and hear the whole package. i got it from laketown ss

No one said pg is junk, but that octane amp doesnt do 85 rms @ 4 ohms. Its underrated, but not by 35 watts per channel. That amp peaks at about 80 watts, so if thats what he ment by it puts out 80 per channel, then I guess hes right.

you spent $210 on that, I spent $90 on my PA gothic series and it's 85x4 RMS I believe, I suggest you shop on the internet more often and you get to view the specs before you purchase //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/wink.gif.608e3ea05f1a9f98611af0861652f8fb.gif

I'd bet money this 50 x 4 PG amp will put out more real power than your PA amp.
