Pretty **** good. It's not morphine or anything, but it'll have you staring at the ceiling for a while.

Yeah. They f*ck you up nice. I only take 5-10mg at a time and it does the job (talking recreation here, not pain management).

But, if you aren't used to opiates, prepare for some nausea when you first start taking them.

I've never *crashed* from taking them. Of course, I'm not a habitual user, either. I can see if one takes them for an extended period (say > 1 week), withdrawal would be unpleasant.

I had to take them for 2 months...twice. (surgery on both feet)

ok, i looked at the bottle and it says 5/532mg what does that mean? on the pill it says 512. How strong are these? also I have like 36 left, I know i shouldnt ask this but hypothetically I have a friend that has some left over oxycodone pills that he may want to trade for money how much would he be looking to get per pill.

i suggest you take the 32 you have left all at once.

If you still need more after that buy all your friend has left.

I would assume the 5 to be 5mg oxycodone and the 532 to be 532mg tylenol (aka acetiminophen or paracetamol).

Abusers must be aware of the high tylenol content. Too much of that sh*t will wreck your liver.

Synergy... they work better together (manage pain from multiple pathways)
