HX2 Fosgate Sub

I recently bought the Fosgate 601s which is rated at 300w x 2 @ 2 ohms and 600w x 1 @ 4 ohms. I have Fosgate HX2 10' sub which is rated at 400w RMS and 800w peak. Does this mean I can bridge the sub w/o blowin it? Or will I blow it if i bridge the sub?

I have just looked at specs, that sub you have is a he2 not hx2. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/bawling.gif.6287aa5d1d447c8af063fc9466e822ef.gif

Most of the ratings people have two subs on that amp, so who knows it could blow maybe not you never know. Just keep that gain at a good setting where it sounds good, and don't turn the bass two high on the deck.

SEE READ IT!

He says his sub is 400rms and 800watts peak. An hx2 is 1000watts rms 2000watts peak.
