do you even have a clue what a hurricane is like. Its not all like the tornados you get in kansas. when they hit the destroy & cripple towns and cities for months even years. I live in Houston and we got hit by the outterbands by katrina and its not back to normal over here.

im glad all we get over here are earthquakes and not even close to the frequency that you guys get hurricanes

I agree...

I don't feel we should have sympathy for these people because they understand the dangers and risks of living out there. It's the same principle as me living in California, I understand the risks of earthquakes is a a potential danger that can strike at any second. Unfortunatly, huricanes are more frequent than earthquakes, and IMHO they should move out rather than rebuild every single year, it's just the more logical decision.

well your half right ppl who dont evacute when there is a f5 hurricane about to make landfall is plain stupid.

Agreed... the people stranded in New Orleans had their fair share of warnings, and because they refused to evacuate lead to their own demise...

yeah and there disregard has took its toll here everybody they got out of there after the storm flooded houston and brought all of mew orleans probs with it.
