I thought those earthquakes they predicted were going to hit apprx san fran area and way north in cali? I think they're expecting 4.5-5.5 ish.

The hurricane, that thing has a while to go before it hits land so its only going to get stronger. Where is it supposed to hit anyway?

if youve never lived in a state that gets hit with hurricanes.. its a BIG DEAL..

as soon as you move down here you realize that even when a hurricane gets CLOSE, we usually just crank the generator on and keep the beer flowing. Hurricane parties down here go for DAYS, or as long as school, and power is out.

jesus... few years back in Tampa we had several in a row.. one every few weeks with all the bad storms and shoddy electrical grid.

Best times were when the neighbors would hear my generator and rbing over stuff, asking to borrow some fridge space..
