Meaning Audiobahn is not a great company and do not make amazing amps. For the money you have there are several better choices you could have made.

I wouldn't sell that amp just yet. These guys are talking about Audiobahns lower lines, and most of them have probably never even seen one of these things in real life (including myself). I'd ask around a little bit more, and check out a few other sites before selling.

What the he11's the point? What exactly will the public be voting on? This is stupid. You don't have the budget to get into these "magazines" you say.

You will probably want something a little more than that...
If you have that kind of money and want that kind of bass, a single Adire Parthenon with a cone diameter of maybe 24" or 36" will outperform several 18s in linear output. Long story short: Variable cone size between 24" and 48" (you specify), roughly 4 to 5 inches of ONE WAY linear excursion (8" to 10" P2P), and a $5000 to $8000 price tag. Contact Adire directly. Since they are hand built at Adire HQ the move to their new plant shouldn't affect when they can build it. I could be wrong, and you'd end up waiting months.

To power this sub you will probably want a uber-amp to go with. Consider multiple MA Audio HK 4400. Enough to attach one to each coil of the sub. A JBL A6000GTI would work, but it more expensive than multiple smaller strappable amps. $2400 to to $4800

To power the measured 400 amp current draw of multiple amps that size, you'll need several high output alternators. Three 250 amp alternators and maybe 10 to 15 batteries. $2200 maybe?

There, record setting bass on 15 grand.

Man that sounds awesome!!! But honestly, its not a car's setup, it's a major destruction weapon's nuclear head or in the civil use it could be for a theater, but aint for a thing that moves on wheels, FOR SURE!!! LOL

I'm as confused as everyone else on here is. You're saying its for a movie theater type setup and you'll have 1 way positioned sound and nothing like/near what you'll need for a theater type setup. That audiobahn amp is a big waste of space IMO but at 600 bucks you'd be hard pressed to beat it. Anyway I'd like to see pics of the setup and or anything else if/when you get it.

x2 on the audiobahn amp. I have seen 4 of them in use in Charles Estes's super street vehicle. Very nice looking amps and they do some good power especially for 600 bucks.

I definantly wouldn't go with the concept subs, especially if you have a huge budget like that. I say get 4 sx 12s and be done with it. Add another audiobahn amp if you want.

Run multiple pairs of components up front, or horns if you want. You will need it to compete with the massive low end. Get a matching audiobahn rack mount amp and mount it in a seperate compartment of the box, flush mounted and it should look nice. You may want to find an installer who knows what he is doing in your area, good luck in dubai. You might want to fly somebody out there to do it all for you with the remains of your huge budget, as the install can make or break the system.
