Humming noise

I just hooked up a kicker 350.4 amp to my rear speakers.... and when i play it i get this humming noise coming out of them when the sound is turned real low....when it is up you dont seem to notice it at all....could this be caused from bad grounding or what could be some other reasons this humming noise is there...

Search "ground loop" or "ground problem" or "alternator noise" or somethings like that, its a pretty common problem.
