seriously if they are as close to this kid as they say then i think jail time might be a little extreme. if i messed up my friend that bad thatd be punishment enough. i mean nick serving anytime in prison isnt going to make him think anything more about it than he already has.

stupid mistake but im sure the kid wasnt screaming for nick to slow down before the accident. hes just as much at fault.

Overpriveldged Nick Hogan is going to made an example of. I always liked Hogan but I lost alot of respect for him for letting his kid run around acting like an assclown. Now it is going to bite him in the ***. After 6 years of appeals of course.
