The Gen XX amps are supposed to be pretty decent.

Not very good. Why? 35hz is a pretty crappy SPL tuning frequency. Way too low to do stellar in the lanes. For SPL comp tuning frequency, you want to be tuned up to around the resonant frequency of your vehicle (tuned somewhere between the high 40's and lower 60's typically).

not to mention you most likely wouldnt have enough power to feed that amp, and class a/b's are very inefficient at making power.

if you want SPL, look into a more efficient class a/b, or even better find yourself a class d amp.

By buying a High Output Alternator, upgrading your battery (and maybe adding a few extra batteries), upgrading your electrical system's wiring, etc etc
