how does the Tsunami TSDB-8021 - (1) 1/0GA In, (2) 1/0GA Out - $14.99 (6 Left) work?

how can it possibly have x1 0g in and x2 0g out?

Correct me if i'm wrong but, doesn't the x1 0g in limit the x2 0g out to about half their actual current draw/resistance? in essence making it more like 2 4g runs than 2 0g runs???
