The HU I have mounted to the plywood roof on my Kawasaki Mule squeaks incessantly at most RPM's.
Although the pic shows a wooden enclosure surrounding the HU, the HU is actually attached directly to the roof with angle brackets screwed into the roof.
I've tried inserting rubber grommets at each mounting point, which does change the noise but doesn't get rid of it. Even tried rubber washers between each screw and angle bracket.
Any suggestions??
