HU Suggestion...Bye Bye 8443

As IceT mentioned, you won't have any problem playing music with that deck and using that amplifier. The only time you will see 8 volts rms is when the volume is turned up all of the way and you are playing a 0dbfs sine wave. You possibly could run into problems clipping your amplifier if you did turn it up all the way and blast 0dbfs sine waves, but as long as you turn the volume down a little, or use attentuated test tones, you will be fine.

Eclipse h/u's only kick out the voltage at like 65/80.

My 8035 did 10V just under full volume //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/biggrin.gif.d71a5d36fcbab170f2364c9f2e3946cb.gif

Good to know supa....loudest i go is 64, but on average the loudest i go is 61...stocks speakers dont handle the eclipse all that well, lol. i really gotta stop being lazy and hook up my rf amp to my boston mids.
