hu problems

I have a clarion DXZ655mp and i just ran into a problem. When I put a cd in it only goes in halfway. Sometime it will take the cd fully, but when it ejects the cd comes out 1/4 of the way.

Is there a track in the mechanism that i can fix or do i need to clean something?? thanks.

well, i can hear it loading and ejecting. no out of norm issues.. could something just be dirty perhaps??
