Working at BB today. Female comes in (about 5' tall and 5' wide) and asked how much for a deck install. I tell her $55. She then proceeds to undo a few top buttons and repeats the question. I then say $75. Was I wrong in my actions? My supervisor overheard and claims so.

I don't think I could actually, even if I wanted to. I don't install there, just work the sales floor. So I basically hand the customer a sheet with the sku to the services they want and they take it to the register to pay. They then bring receipt with them to install.
