HU got jacked - not sure what I need for replacement

My HU got ripped out. I'm not entirely sure what I need for replacing it.

Here's what's left in my setup (2001 F-150 Supercab)

Clarion APA450 amp

Thunderform sub

I think what were put in for speakers were some co-axials - can't remember the specifics

What do I need in a HU in terms of pre-amp voltage, etc? Do I need to take the door panels out and figure out exactly what I have for speakers to make a decision on HU?

sorry to hear that it *****, what did you have. I am selling my pioneer only a couple weeks old has 4.0v preouts front rear and sub or you can use the high level inputs. it should work for you check out DEH-x8600BS pioneer.
