I have almost all original documentation and hardware for both units. The JVC has everything it came with including the original box. The Ural is missing a couple pieces, the mic which Ben(of ED and original owner) can't find, and the black remote that hit pavement at 50mph. Otherwise, everything is there.

I want one or the other sold. I don't really care which one, but there's no point in holding onto two of them. I'll just keep whichever does not sell first.

No, just SD card reader. It has a standard stereo RCA input in the rear for portable devices. This HU was made prior to the industry jumping on the USB bandwagon. The SD alone was somewhat revolutionary at the time. I think only Eclipse and Sony had some form of memory reader otherwise and only Sony's proprietary cards. The HU does read CD-R, CD-RW as well for more mp3 playback options, just not USB.
