HU for a Chevy Caprice Classic

It's an 87 Caprice Classic my aunt gave to me when she died and I need a CD player for it. The front has 4x6 speakers facing up in teh dash and the rear deck has 6x9's. I was going to replace those with just some sort of decent brand like Alpine and put a small 4 channel amp on them.

I'm bored at work today so i thought I would ask for suggestions for that setup. I was thinking of the Pioneer DEH-P4800MP. Crutchfield has them for $120 plus free shipping. Plus you get the install kit and that other stuff free which I will need since it has the original stereo in it.

I don't have time for some crazy install and need to keep it simple. What do you think?
