HU EQ is Screwy

I don't think this is normal, I have my front components hooked up to the front RCAs on the HU.. but whenever I adjust the rear aspects in the audio settings of the HU, the speakers are adjusted by the Rear AND Front settings.

Shouldn't the speakers be completely set to the Front and Front only settings? Should be isolated I think.

Does this have anything to do with a malfunctioning amp? It's a 4 channel amp set to 2 channels bridged if that would have anything to do with it.

I have the pioneer 980bt.

If I adjust the LPF/HPF for the rear the fronts are affected. Or the Slopes. I also just found out with my subwoofer disconnected that if I adjust the sub settings the fronts also reflect the changes.
