okay, i am not really having any luck selling my old subs. can i just put them in a home theater set-up? i know that i would need a plate amp, but do i need a new box too? they are in a sealed box now, and if anyone wants to see the box or sub they are in my sig. they sounded good in my car, and i already have a Klipsh sub, but i kinda just want to play around. my reciever is a pioneer VSX-D514 if that matters.

and on the plate amp, where can i go to get 800 watts @ 4 ohms? i saw one at parts express but its 400 bux. i really don't want to spend that much.

edit: 800 watts is what i had in my car. would it be different at home?
