HT home audio speakers in WA, maybe receiver too

Hey guys, just looking to throw something togeather for pretty cheap. I have a receiver in mind, that I have a possible line on, so I'll know if I need a receiver or not within a few days. The main reason for posting this is that I'd love to find some speakers in Wa for sale. I want some tower speakers to put up by the tv. Also would you guys recommend the floor standing tower speakers all the way around, or just floor standing in the front and smaller ones in the back? I'm going to be using this setup for movies, tv, and music. So yeah if you have some home theater speakers you are looking to sell, and you are in Wa, let me know. Or if you have a receiver for sale that is a great deal I'll check into it. Not looking to spend more than 200 for 4 speakers, thats what I got to work with. Thanks. -Sampson

Start looking on Craigslist for the local stuff.

$200 for 4 speakers? Eh...won't find much pre-built for that price. DIY, you can build a set of full-range cube speakers that could sound decent...

yeah I am on craigslist for an hour a day at least. Just no ****ing city near me for 30 miles in any direction, so it doesn't help too much. My city is just a college town //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/frown.gif.a3531fa0534503350665a1e957861287.gif. How hard would it be to build something myself. I have thought about it, the only thing that has me hesitant is the crossovers. Is it tough to build you own? Thanks for the post btw

ive got a set of dayton components you can have for $75 shipped..

1-1/8" silk dome tweets and the euro 7" woofers.. sound more like a mid that can get down.. all 8ohm

you'd have to get some x-overs but if you pay me $75+ shipping I'll throw in some KLH 4-way x-overs..
