From the setups I've heard...I'd give the nod to the W6v2.

i have never heard the other sub, but the w6v2 is one of the best sounding subs i have heard.

i love my av12, i would go with the stryke best bang for the buck, and im sure you wont be dissapointed the low end is awesome on this sub, i got mine is like 2.2cf @27hz right now with only a orion 600d and that thing is crazy
