Cheapest option would be a flash drive, next option would be a portable USB HD. You could set up a network also but they will not be nearly as easy as either other option.;

You could also brung to a CD/DVD if you have a burner on the PC you are moving from.

Use an Ethernet cable to interconnect.

You can get 16 gig flash drives from frys for like 35-40 bucks.

i just put them next to each other and they transfer through the air. you have to get the distance perfect or it will not work.
