Just bought a Grand Cherokee and am loving is so far. Decided to check whats behind the doors and it doesn't look that bad. I'd just like to know how you guys would approach deadening this, what to cover, how to avoid getting things caught up etc.. I'd prefer to leave things as stock as possible so I'm not sure I can cover that hole on the left because the door panel juts into it. Main concern would be how to handle the arms, and that gap. I've got 16ft spare to play with.

use the oem piece as a template. cut as few holes as possible but it will give you an easy way to mark and slice the deadener to run wires through and the door latch rods. Then do some strips on the outer sheet metal of the door. But do the outer skin first.
