how would u wire a setup that includes, 4 gauge wire to block, and then 4 gauge to one amp, while 8 gauge to the other? one sub amp, the other speaker amp?

If you are asking about what kind of distro block to use, I would use something like this:

Run the 4ga for the sub amp out of the side of the input block. Run the 8ga for the speaker amp out of the fused 8ga output.
