How will this speaker system be?

This is going into a 1995 Chevy Silverado Ext. Cab along with a Kicker KX1200 and two 12" CompVRs.

Kicker KX350.4 Amp

Also, the Kicker KX350.4 Amp is refurb.. anyone have any experience with refurb'd items?

doesn't look bad considering the price. But on that budget, I wouldn't do rear fill unless you really want it.

So, should I just upgrade the front two 6.5"s and the tweeters to better models and don't worry about the back two?

If I did that would I be overpowering the components and tweeters since it isn't powering the back two?

And why do you think I should skip the rears (just wondering)
