How to wire sub to amp terminals?

I have a monoblock Sony-9001GTR amp, but it comes with 4(2 sets) of terminals to connect subs. I'm only running one sub so I'm wondering if there is anyway to find out if I should use one set or if I should cross them(even though there is nothing about bridging anywhere since it's a "monoblock")?

Side Question: How much RMS can a 4awg power wire handle for roughly 15'?

The amp has those terminals internally bridged, it is to make the job easier when you are installing two big subs using large wire.

use one or both it does not matter the outputs are nothing more then a distro block
