How to tell when you are doing damage

uhh, for me? i have tinnitus. it sounds like a faint whine that i notice better when there's no other sounds to listen to. i have damaged my hearing more with firecrackers and walkmans long before i got into car audio though.

You listen at the volume you're listening at...

...3-4 weeks later, it won't be as loud.

...Grab more power.

its only certain tone ranges, really low tones i can't hear to well and something else... im used to it so i couldn't really tell you. im going in for another checkup i'll be sure to post it so you guys can see that im retarded
