How to tell if I need a better battery?

Hey guys....I think I need a better battery than the stock battery I have connected to my stock alternator... but I dont know how to go about it. I have a 1992 civic with stock battery and I have 4 aftermarket speakers with 2 subs...with 2 amps and a 5 farad cap......total my sub amp is capable of putting out 1600max and 640 RMS total and my smaller amp is capable of putting out 600w max and 440 RMS total...so that would be 2200 watts max and 1080 RMS...

I know that optima batterys are really good... but is their any other brands that compare to optima? I want to get a bettery battery but I dont want to spend alot of money. I also want to know how to calculate wattage and amps...so I know what my battery is capable of doing and what my speakers etc are capable of doing

Sears carries Interstate. The deep cycle ones they have are nice.
