How to tell if a btl n2 is daily and Fully Loaded?

fully loaded doesn't mean it cant be used for daily. I really don't get why people say fully loaded because its all about application.

but check the former. cooling may only be seen by looking at the gap.

Not what i mean't. Im asking how do you tell the dif between daily and spl.....
