Why go through an institution when my sister can front me the money with no interest? If I had the money and she needed the money, I would loan it to her without interest or question.

Most people have shitty family members who wouldn't return the money. Plus it costs me money to loan them money. Finally, most siblings aren't wealthy enough to loan the value of a home.

as for co-signing.. Nope.. I have a near perfect credit rating. Worked all my life to keep it that way and no one but me or my wife will be screwing it up. If it was a matter of survival then Id think about it. But for a NEW car.. Sorry, but go buy a nice used ride for 1/3 the price.

My family is far from shitty LOL. My parents would give it to me despite me wasting a large sum of their money. I just don't want to use them for money. If I ever HAVE to fuck a bank over then no hard feelings.

eh that's what I do when I need money, but I wouldn't do that to her. We kinda grew up on our own and I try to help her as much as I can.
