I'd recommend a custom lexan windshield or contact some places that build armored vehicles they might could lead you in the right direction for an unbreakable windshield...

Technically your not allowed to mod beyond the b pillar so brace it as much as you can from the b pillar back.X marks the spot..

As long as u can put stock headliner back on its legal. Have lots of friends that compete.

You mini van just must be built weak from the factory. My Tahoe windshield is fine 155db+ and my buddy Tahoe is fine 155db plus daily... our passenger door takes most of the beating then we roll up the window....

I would keep adding wood to the roof. Make sure U can put the headliner on but make it as thick as possible

I never blew my Wrangler JK or CRX at 154s daily ..best in my JK was 156.1 ..so most likely something with the curved roofline of his van

the flatter and smaller the windshield the better it will do, usually vans have big curved windshields and they break easy.

i saw a van with i think 1/4" lexan and he said he was down over 1db just so he didnt have to replace the windshield every time he turned it up.

and god forbid someone opened the passenger door during a loud demo..... pop gone

OEM glass. Mine would break aftermarket glass in a day but with OEM glass it lasted a lot longer.

Is there anyway to reinforce the curve? I suppose you could have a removable stripper pole which would be almost as nice as having a removable stripper.
