How to PRECISELY tune your amp's SS filter?

How would I go about setting my amp's subsonic filter for EXACTLY 37Hz to match the exact tuning of my box?

Is there a meter of somesort?

your not going to be able to get it right on point, at least I dont know how, but if you look at the amps manual it should be able to tell you where about the major frequency points are. then do your best to get it there.

I start out with the ssf all the way clockwise (the lowest setting) and picture the entire thing as a clock, so I then turn it 1 hour or 2 hours depending on my desired setting...

set up test tones on a disc and play a 35-36hz tone till you adjust it the SSF where you want it.
