How to make older music higher quality?

I love me some older rap.. such as playa fly.. theres nothing on limewire in excellent quality.. its all good quality(128 kb/s).. which has a weaker bass and is just overall quieter.. is there a way to improve the quality?

If there is, i want to know also. But i doubt it, if you dl it in shitty quality.

Oh and don't use limewire, they can track you, and fine you.

Torrents usually have pretty good quality.

ya im using mainly torrents now but even with those im only getting 128 bit rate on older music.. sucks =/.. i love some old chill rap with heavy bass like late night tip

There is no way to make a 128 bit rate better quaility

The process of lowering quality is called compression. When an audio file is being compressed the program tries to get rid of information that is not needed. The lower and lower you compress the more information is thrown out. Once you throw out the information there is no way to get it back.

Try using demoniod or something...they might have it...if not.....buy the album

Private trackers. The good ones won't allow anything as bad as 128kb/s, which is horrific.
