How to get these darn stickers off?

I got a set of used p2 subs. Whoever had it put some stupid stickers in the center of the subs. I can barely pick em off with my fingernails. Any safe solvents etc i can use to get em off without damaging the subs?

heat. slowly heat the sticker with a hair dryer, it will loosen the adhesive allowing you to remove it.

^Then go back with goo-gone and or white vinager on a cloth. Shouldnt hurt anything I wouldnt think?

yea, that is the next step. what chemical to use to remove the adhesive depends on the cone material. poly is easy, paper is much harder. most subs are poly and i think the P2 subs are poly so goo-gone should work well.

I was hoping you wouldn't say heat as my gf goes ape **** when i use her hairdryer for my man projects.

If you can put it in slow heat then you can remove it. What other chemicals did you already try?

I havent tried anything yet. I wasnt sure if the sub surface would fall apart.

wd-40 works good as xylene(goof-off)
