How to get loud with a CVR?

What enclosure will get my single 12" Kicker CVR very loud? It wil be getting around 450 RMS. I want to be heard from a few hundred feet away. My prefab sealed enclosure is just not giving me what I want. However, I do not want it to sound like complete ***. I want to get very loud, but sound decent at the same time.

Will a ported 2 cubes @ 34 hz get the job done?
