How to get an "F" off my transcript?

My dumass quit going to school this past semester and meant to drop the classes I was taking, but forgot and now I have two "F" on my transcript that dropped my GPA. Is there a way to get these off? If I re-take the course and pass it will that do me any good or am I fucked?

Some schools allow "Grade Replacement". But only for a limited number of total credit hours.

I did, too... except on my teacher's computer. She was dumb enough to leave with me sitting right next to it, so I was dumb enough to change my grades. She never found out and I went from a low C to high A.
