IMO... it kind of looks like a stock speaker that the cone has seperated from... I read NG's sticky about re-coning... they are saying it is some kind of RE CC glue??? I dunno? I know regular superglue would probably be too caustic for it.

 
its a kicker ds525, came like that, bought off the internet and came shipped just a box in a box and nothing else, the cone is still attached its the surround that is seperated, its like a little plastic ring, but i have contacted the seller and they said for me to give them my phone number to have ups come and pick it back up but i have heard nothing for 3 days, would guerrila glue work?
