How to fix stripped set screws

I have an Infinity Basslink 2 and the gold set screws are stripped out as they are VERY soft metal. These are the thin screws that have the square metal plates under the head of the screw to compress the amp wiring when you tighten them down. I cannot simply unscrew them, as they don't come out. Any way to repair these screws? The threads are stripped as well from tying to tighten them. As I said, the metal is Very soft.
