how to carpet?

If you don't have the proper tools to make a rabbited edge. I suggest making a overhang. It makes carpeting much easier, and all it takes is over estimating your front, back, top, and bottom in terms of width. You can PM Ingleside, he made a pimp *** box for some w6v2's with a overhang. (It's in his Sig)

I like to use a sawing motion with a razor blade to get the sub cutouts and ports perfect. Place the side of the blade flat up agianst the cutout (The thickness of the wood, the part that measures 3/4") and use a sawing motion. Gets it perfect everytime.

i usually carpet the port first..........

if you want carpet in the port.

next time, im gonna carpet the port, then resin the carpet, in the port
